Wagyu Südtirol is more than just meat. It is the story of mountains, pastures, and dedication. Our cattle graze on alpine meadows at altitudes of up to 2,200 meters, enjoying aromatic mountain hay and fine olive pomace, resulting in meat of rare refinement, silky tenderness, and an umami flavor that seduces the palate.


Unlike Japanese Wagyu, it has a more intense flavor, elegant and European. Only 50 to 80 cattle per year – an exclusive rarity, unique in Italy. Each animal is raised in a species-appropriate manner, far from factory farming, with respect and care. The result: award-winning quality, unmistakable character. For connoisseurs who want to enjoy the extraordinary.
